I am not sure how much my building will cost. Can you give me some pricing examples?
Our buildings are all custom made to order. We will not try and sell you an off the shelf design. Due to this we can't give pricing since everyone's project will be a little different. Our buildings are more affordable than you you might think. Contact us for pricing on what you are trying to build and we will get you a quote very fast. We can usually offer a ballpark park that is within a few percent over the phone. As always there is no obligation or pushy sales tactics. We run a fair business and will work with you to see how we can get you the structure of your dreams.
I live in a city that requires permits. Can you get me plans that I can use to get a permit?
We can provide you with a set of plans for your city for a modest fee. We understand different cities will have different requirements. Due to this we can't give you a specific flat fee for the plans, but we have built many structures in cities that require plans. Reach out to us and we will get the process started.
What are your financing options?
We have several different lenders that will finance your building with approved credit. Additionally, we offer Rent-to-Own options as well. Call us today. We can get you approved over the phone and get your project started.
What wind and snow ratings do your structures carry?
All of our units are certified to 140MPH wind and 30 PSF snow loads. This is standard, not an upgrade.
